The graduating culinarians of the 3 month culinary & pastry courses, along with other passing out students of the cabin stewarding and galley stewarding courses prepared a gala Xmas themed lunch on 5th Dec 2012.

Ms, Indrani Vidyarthi, Director Indus, Chef Ajit Bangera, Executive Chef ITC Grand Chola, Chef Willi of Tuscana & Kryptos restaurants, Ms. Mary Joseph, Training Manager of Marriott Courtyard and a few other hoteliers and heads of local hospitality institute were invited guests at this event. The students, ably assisted by our team of chef trainers, prepared a lavish buffet spread that included several classical and contemporary salads & dips, assorted bread displays, pastas, live carving station of traditional roast turkey and roast leg of lamb, live cooking station of gnocchi with various sauces, various main meat and vegetable entrees, and an array of sinful desserts including the festive caramel toffee pudding and Xmas plum pudding.
