In the event that you do not receive your Registration ID, it could be possible that we have an incorrect email address on record, in which case you may attempt to register again. It could also be possible that you have already registered with us previously and already been issued a Registration ID via the same email address.

Once we have reviewed your application details and if your background is found suitable for a cruise line course, you will be contacted by one of our executives. If you do not hear from us, it would mean that you do not meet the requested cruise line criteria and your application will not be considered.
